The usage-based fee is calculated as a percentage of your cloud spending. The percentage varies across plans and infrastructure providers, to make the total amount more consistent and fair.

We have a free plan, where you can manage a single cluster with up to five nodes, and paid plans. Our pricing for the paid plans is based on your transaction volume with the cloud provider. We charge a base platform fee (starting at €299) depending on which plan you choose, plus a percentage of your cloud provider spending. We don't charge for CPU and memory usage, nor for the amount of nodes and clusters.

Syself Autopilot provides a user-centered platform for managing Kubernetes clusters with opinionated defaults. Clusters created with Syself Autopilot are 100% reproducible and completely owned by you, and you can give your clients or teams controlled access to their own resources across multiple clusters, without losing central control.<br></br>Upgrading a cluster is as simple as changing a variable, and all the components (OS, Kubernetes control and data planes, and applications) are managed by our platform. We measure cloud usage based on your invoice from the provider. We only take into account the resources that are managed by our platform. This means that you can keep the same provider account for other uses and you won't be billed by them. This approach is more flexible than charging per cluster, nodes or resource usage, and ensures a fair pricing, where customers get charged only for what they use.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect in the next billable month. If you cancel your subscription before your trial period ends, there will be no charges.
Yes. You can upgrade your downgrade your plan at any time. For upgrades, the change will take effect immediately, and you will be charged the new plan's base price by the end of the current month. For downgrades, you need to ensure no features which are not part of the new plan are being used. The change will take effect in the beggining of the next billable month.

Yes, we offer both a free trial and a free plan. In the free trial, users have full access to Syself Autopilot for a period of 14 days. For the free plan, the user have access to the base features of our platform, and is able to manage a single cluster, with up to 5 nodes.
We accept Credit Card and SEPA for automated billing. For enterprises and customers that have special requirements, we also accept the payment via bank transfer. For more information regarding the payment methods, please contact our sales team.
Users of the free plan have access to our Community Support. Users of the paid plans have access to Standard Support. For companies with higher support requirements, Premium Support can be acquired separately. On community support, members of the Syself community and occasionally Syself engineers can help by answering your technical questions on our community channels. For questions regarding the product, you can reach out directly to our team. <b>Community Support</b> What is covered: Full access to our documentation, tutorials and articles, Voluntary support from the community and Low priority support via community channels. What is not covered: Dedicated support from the Syself engineers. <b>Standard Support</b> On standard support, you have direct access to the Syself team beyond the community channels, without SLAs. Our team will help you with the initial setup, and we'll try to answer technical questions as soon as possible, by the best of our capacity. What is covered: Guidance on how to set up and use the platform, Support via email, chat and phone and Advice on architecture.
