Syself Partner Program
Sell Managed Kubernetes, managed databases, hyperscaler exits and sovereign cloud under your own name. Syself handles provisioning, upgrades, machine lifecycle and self-healing on Hetzner Cloud and Bare Metal, so your team spends its time on customers instead of platform maintenance.

Who does what
Syself doesn't compete with you for the services revenue. The more you earn from migrations, GitOps, databases and operations, the more reasons you have to bring Syself to your next customer.

Run customers in your own Hetzner account, or in theirs.
What you can sell
Package them, price them and sell them under your brand. Syself is the technology underneath each one.

Launch your own Managed Kubernetes service on Hetzner without building the platform.

Sell managed PostgreSQL and ClickHouse on Bare Metal and local NVMe. Your customer might never buy “Kubernetes”.

Move customers off AWS, Azure or GCP to European Cloud and dedicated hardware, with the same automated Kubernetes experience.

Build European cloud-native infrastructure and sell it as a bundle under your own name.

Build the developer platform (Backstage, Argo CD, GitOps) and leave the Kubernetes lifecycle to Syself.
Also built by partners on the same foundation: AI/GPU platforms and cloud-native application hosting.
Cloud + Bare Metal
This isn't only a Kubernetes story. Your customers don't have to choose between Hetzner Cloud and dedicated servers: you put each workload where it runs best, and Syself manages both as one Kubernetes environment.

Running it day to day
Your engineers manage every customer’s clusters the same way, with the tools and access controls your customers expect.

Clusters are declared as intent in Kubernetes objects, and Syself reconciles them. There are no Terraform modules or scripts to maintain per customer.
Declarative configuration
Create a staging cluster from the same definition and test changes and Kubernetes upgrades there before they reach your customers’ production clusters.
Tested upgrades
Sign in to every customer cluster through your identity provider, and send audit logs to your customers’ SIEM when compliance asks for them.
Ship audit logs to a SIEM
Run virtual machines next to containers on bare-metal clusters, for customer workloads that aren’t containerized yet.
Run virtual machines
Our docs show how to run databases, local storage and other stateful workloads on Kubernetes, so your team learns from setups we test.
Run databases on Kubernetes
Failed machines are detected and replaced automatically, on Hetzner Cloud and on bare metal, so your on-call works on applications.
Self-healing clustersWays to work with us
Refer a customer, deliver projects around Syself, or run your own cloud offering on it.

Anyone with the right relationships
Introduces customers who need Kubernetes on Hetzner. We take it from there.

DevOps agencies and consultancies
Delivers migrations, platform engineering, databases and consulting around Syself.

MSPs, hosting and sovereign-cloud providers
Runs its own Kubernetes or cloud offering with Syself as the technology underneath.
[Your company] Managed Kubernetes
powered by Syself + Hetzner
Who it's for
Our best partners have 10 to 100 people, existing B2B customers and strong DevOps skills. Their customers keep asking about Kubernetes, and they don't want to build and maintain a Kubernetes platform themselves.

When you bring us a customer, we don’t go around you. Register the opportunity with us and it’s yours.

Consulting, migrations, databases and managed operations are your business. Syself sells the platform, and only the platform.

Bundle Syself and Hetzner into your own offer at your own margin. Your customer sees one service, from you.

No. You don’t resell a Syself license for a commission. You build your own offering (Managed Kubernetes, managed databases, migrations, platform engineering) and Syself runs the Kubernetes platform underneath it. You set your prices and own the recurring revenue.
Not for Hetzner Cloud: Hetzner offers a referral program paid in credits, and reseller features only for its managed hosting. Building on Syself gives you the managed Kubernetes platform and the room to add your own services and margin on top of Hetzner.
You do. The customer buys your service, signs your SLA, talks to your team and gets L1/L2 support from you. We don’t sell consulting, migrations or managed operations to your customers.
Yours or your customer’s. You can run several customers in your own Hetzner account, or give each customer their own.
€299/month for the first Hetzner account, €99/month for each additional Hetzner account, plus 25% of the Hetzner spend that Syself manages. There is no charge per node, per cluster or per CPU. Partners with many customers can ask about volume pricing when they apply.
Yes. You sell your own service, with your name, prices and SLA, powered by Syself, the automated Kubernetes platform on Hetzner Cloud and Bare Metal.
You handle your customers’ first- and second-level support, for their applications and your services. Syself supports you on the platform: clusters, machines, upgrades and the operating system.
Your engineers work on what your customers pay for: applications, databases, observability and operations. Provisioning, upgrades, machine lifecycle and self-healing are handled by Syself, including on Bare Metal, and our docs cover best practices for running databases and stateful workloads on Kubernetes.
Tell us about your company and the customers you serve. We reply within two business days to plan your first offer together.
