You pay a fixed €299/month platform fee that includes one Hetzner account, no matter how many clients or clusters run in it. Each additional Hetzner account adds €99/month, and the usage-based fee is 25% of your clients’ Hetzner spend.
No. Usage is measured from the Hetzner invoice, but only the resources managed by Syself count. Your clients can keep using the same Hetzner account for other things without being charged for them.
No. The calculator assumes your clients already run on Hetzner. They can keep their existing accounts and servers, and Syself manages Kubernetes on top of that infrastructure.
When a client runs in their own Hetzner account, the servers and data stay with them, not with your agency. They stay in full control, and nothing has to move if they ever change agencies.
